PC Keith Blakelock 40 year memorial tunic parade : Mon 06 Oct 10:00

You are invited to attend the 40-Year Memorial Service for Police Constable Keith Blakelock QGM, who tragically lost his life in the line of duty on 6 October 1985 on the Broadwater Farm estate.

The service will take place on Monday the 7th October 2025, at 10:00 hours along Muswell Hill Broadway N10. The event will be an opportunity for colleagues, family, friends, and members of the public to remember and honour PC Blakelock’s sacrifice.

Officers will march in tunics in honour of PC Blakelock along Muswell Hill Broadway, where he once served, reflecting the deep respect and gratitude felt across the Metropolitan Police Service and wider community for his courage and dedication.

We welcome you to join us in paying tribute to his memory and in supporting his family and colleagues as we mark this anniversary.
